Feeling overwhelmed by your inbox? You're not alone. Here are some straightforward strategies to help you navigate the chaos and find some peace.
Is your email constantly overflowing?
Tip #1: Start with Deletion! As you go through your inbox, make it a habit to unsubscribe from at least one unnecessary mailing list each day. Aim to keep only the emails that you truly need or enjoy receiving. Remember, if an email doesn't bring value or excitement, it's simply wasting your time—unless it holds personal significance.
Tip #2: Each time you receive an unwanted email, take a moment to unsubscribe from the sender. If you find a product you’re interested in, locate the email with the best discount offer (and note any expiration dates) and move it to a “To Buy” folder. Bookmark the sender's website and then delete the subscription. It’s as simple as hitting delete—cleaning up your inbox has never been so easy!

Tip #3: Establish a straightforward folder system for your key emails to make future retrieval easier. Here are some suggested folder names to help you get started: Paid Subscriptions, Receipts, Invoices, Bills, Work/Business, Financial, AAA Current, AAA To-Do, and AAA To-Buy.
Bonus tip: Prefixing folder names with "AAA" ensures they appear at the top of your list for quick access.
By implementing one, two, or all three of these tips, you’ll likely find yourself with extra time and a clearer mind. It’s remarkable what a little decluttering can achieve!
