How to Harness Your Inner Power for Manifestation

Chapter 1: Embracing Your Inner Strength
The best way I can support you is by guiding you towards positive thinking and sharing insights from my readings on universal laws, consciousness, and wisdom. This knowledge can help you navigate your journey toward manifesting your dream life and establishing a connection with the divine.
In my recent exploration of "The Vortex" by Jerry and Esther Hicks, one crucial message stood out: the importance of retaining your personal power. This concept revolves around not allowing external validation—whether positive or negative—to dictate your feelings. True empowerment lies in nurturing your own sense of worth and happiness.
When you seek affirmation from others, you risk believing that love and self-worth originate from outside yourself. This perspective leads to a life where you possess no real control. For instance, if the person providing you validation departs from this world, you may find yourself feeling lost without that support. Conversely, if a bully exits your life, you may experience newfound freedom. In both cases, your emotional state is governed by external influences.
To align with your true essence, it's essential to elevate your own energy and practice self-validation. Your authentic self is inherently connected to goodness and the divine. From this state, you can joyfully pursue what you wish to manifest, viewing your preferences from a position of strength.
Connect with your true self, the higher version of you that resonates with abundance and creation.
To enhance your self-esteem and validate your own existence, consider the following practices:
- Cultivating gratitude
- Engaging in Chakra activation meditation
- Exercising regularly
- Helping others
To uplift your mood during challenging times, I like to refer to my "chestnuts for winter":
- Be generous and give to others.
- Show kindness to someone.
- Take a walk.
- Reflect on what you are thankful for.
- Repeat the phrase, "I can feel better," to yourself.
- Contemplate what you truly desire.
- Listen to uplifting music—one of my favorites is "Cocaine Model" by ZHU.
- Imagine surprising your parents with a million dollars.
- Recall joyful memories, like seeing my youngest sister Mari smile or my baby nephew, Sebastian.
- Express gratitude to those who have supported you on your journey to success.
I want to leave you with my favorite quote of the week:
"You must be selfish enough to be in alignment with your true self before you have anything to give."
Everything you need resides within you. If anyone suggests otherwise, they are mistaken.
With love,
Miguel Martinez Juarez
