For a significant period in my life, I held a strong skepticism towards meditation, often chuckling at the notion whenever I heard someone mention it.
Everything changed when I had the chance to spend some hours with a well-off individual who held a prestigious position at my workplace. Among the numerous insights he shared, he emphasized how meditation played a crucial role in his success, suggesting that without it, he might have faced countless moments of discouragement. Inspired by this, I decided to embark on my own meditation journey, committing to practice every evening for 30 days, dedicating about 20 minutes each session.
