I have numerous ideas, but the essence is clear: great initiatives often begin with small concepts.

Initiating large-scale transformations can be daunting. However, it’s often more effective to start with smaller proposals. For example, closing off Main Street for three blocks is a significant undertaking, yet temporarily blocking it for a weekend each month is far more manageable. Similarly, constructing a 300-foot dirt mountain seems challenging, but creating a modest dirt hill for a bike trail is an easier sell.

This gradual approach teaches us that small, positive habits can ultimately lead to major achievements.
