Throughout my life, I have navigated tremendous challenges that many might never encounter. One of the most significant battles was against my own inner demons, which drove me to contemplate ending my life on several occasions. However, I urge you not to pity me; these experiences turned out to be blessings in disguise.

After the dissolution of my 18-year marriage and losing custody of my children for nearly a year and a half, I found myself in a state of despair. As a mother, the loss of my children compounded the pain I had endured since childhood—witnessing violence and suffering first-hand.

Then, after awakening from a day and a half in a coma, something transformed within me. I was utterly alone, with no visitors to comfort me, yet I sensed a higher power guiding me toward a new purpose. This solitude prompted a deep exploration of life’s meaning—not just through habits or thoughts but through a profound understanding of existence itself. In this quest, I realized that "love is all there is." There’s no need to search or yearn; we must simply embody love.

I chose to embrace love for myself, recognizing and appreciating every aspect of my journey—both the good and the challenging. I forgave myself and others, making a conscious effort to notice the small joys around me. Rather than rushing through life’s demands, I cherished moments: the flutter of my daughter's eyelashes as she drew, the spontaneous declarations of love from my son, and even the mundane task of washing dishes, which I learned to appreciate.

As I filled my heart with love, I felt an undeniable urge to share this experience with others. I began to write openly, receiving heartfelt messages from many seeking guidance. At that time, I was juggling two jobs to support my family. A former friend and business coach encouraged me to take my knowledge online, and I was instantly captivated by the idea.
