The first question, regarding what I was avoiding, turned out to be quite profound. We all tend to dodge certain tasks, whether it's that pile of dishes waiting to be cleaned or an overdue conversation with a friend. Initially, I would concoct excuses like, “I’m just too busy.” But over time, I became more truthful with myself. It was often fear—fear of failure, fear of conflict, and so on—that held me back.

The enlightening part is that once I identified what I was evading and the reasons behind it, I could tackle those issues head-on. I learned to break overwhelming tasks into manageable parts, and if I needed to discuss something with someone, I’d prepare in advance. Gradually, I found myself addressing matters I had repeatedly postponed, which felt incredibly liberating.

Of course, there were days when I didn't feel like reflecting or when my mind went blank. Yet, I persevered, reminding myself that occasional setbacks are part of the journey. What matters is the gradual evolution of my daily habits.
