Unlocking Your Natural Intelligence: Finding Balance in Life

Chapter 1: The Role of Natural Intelligence
Creativity flourishes when our inherent intelligence is expressed through our physical and mental selves. However, many individuals allow their identity—their thinking mind—to dominate, leading to a state of hyper-control that revolves around an overwhelming flow of thoughts.
This identity strives to maintain familiarity, making exposure to new ideas or experiences that contradict existing beliefs feel threatening. While your identity is a reflection of who you think you are, the encouraging news is that your true potential is boundless. Ultimately, the power of choice lies with you.
What choices are you making?
By cultivating Awareness, you gain the ability to make transformative choices. Perhaps this article will illuminate hidden aspects of yourself where your potential has been dormant.
The ego, by its nature, resists change. It defines itself by its perceived limitations and fights to safeguard them. But is this inevitable?
> “The modern world that we inhabit is truly upside down. Our very schooling is designed to make us more intellectual and less intelligent. We are already intelligent as children. Your intelligence is stunning, vibrant, and natural. Your natural intelligence is to be found in the way you move your limbs, in the brightness of your eyes, and in the freedom of your self-expression. It is the reservoir of your future genius.” - Richard Rudd, Gene Key 62
Recently, I’ve encountered insights that resonate with long-held beliefs. Thinkers like Richard Rudd and biologist Jeremy Griffith, author of Freedom: The End of the Human Condition, highlight a troubling reality: the widespread neurosis permeating our society.
Neurosis, as Griffith elucidates, stems from an "illness of the intellect." The term "Neuro" pertains to brain function, while "osis" signifies an abnormal condition. Most people—yourself included—have been conditioned to value intellect over the intelligence of the heart, a dimension often overlooked and seldom discussed.
We invest years and significant financial resources into education, aiming to enhance our intellect. Society celebrates leaders and entrepreneurs for their intellectual prowess and competitive spirit. But what if a new form of intelligence is emerging—one that necessitates the harmonious functioning of the entire system?
If individuals overly rely on their intellect to navigate every aspect of life, absorb information, and manage self-presentation while worrying about external perceptions, how might this affect mental health in the long run?
Even those pursuing healthy lifestyles or mindfulness must learn to regulate emotions, integrating the intellect with the heart's innate wisdom and its more subtle rhythms. Attaining coherence among the mind, heart, and body represents a transformative way of being—one that can be cultivated with practice and dedication, leading to significant benefits.
Realizing this balance within yourself is crucial for maintaining mental health and avoiding breakdowns. Reflecting on my own experiences with anxiety has revealed how much emphasis I placed on intellectual intelligence while neglecting my inner world and intuitive guidance.
So, why should you change?
The concept of potential resonates deeply with me. It’s akin to a seed waiting to be nurtured and explored. Within your potential lies a wealth of possibilities, ready to be discovered and expressed through creativity.
I envision a coherent world where we are interconnected through a shared energy field, fostering harmony, peace, and enhanced collaboration. As we evolve in our ways of being, we cultivate health, mutual understanding, and cooperation, leading to greater happiness by eliminating conflict with life and each other.
When we consciously choose to engage with this field, we start to function as a unified whole. By doing so, we open the door to seamless interactions and harmonious relationships.
When our natural intelligence takes the lead, this symbiotic relationship emerges effortlessly, without the need for intellectual comprehension.
Do fish comprehend why they swim in schools? Do birds understand why they migrate together? They don’t need to; their natural intelligence guides them.
As humans, we often forget our true nature, leading to disorder and chaos. However, a unique beauty arises when we operate synergistically. We are part of a grand design, and all we need to do is remember and choose harmony in our relationships, finding peace within ourselves.
Achieving this is a practice that requires effort.
> “Precision happens when natural intelligence strikes a balance between the heart and the mind, but with one caveat — that the heart, the feminine principle, is given control over life.” — Richard Rudd, 62nd Gene Key
Are you ready to let your heart take the lead?
Choose wisely. The future of humanity hinges on your decisions. I believe in your potential.
