Currently, my situation resembles a chaotic whirlwind.

Despite my challenges—chronic health issues, divorce, and relocating internationally—I've found a way to cope with the stress that enveloped me.

I tried numerous techniques such as meditation, walking, and mindfulness, but my stress levels remained stubbornly high.

I longed for an escape from the relentless noise of the world, yet I felt trapped.

However, a surprisingly simple action changed everything:

ACTION — (SWIPE TO AIRPLANE MODE, TURN OFF WIFI)

And just like that, tranquility descended.

The silence was so profound that I felt my shoulders drop significantly, and tension in my muscles eased away.

After this experience, I committed to a new routine.

From 7 PM to 9 AM, I established a peaceful sanctuary for myself, free from the distractions of emails, social media notifications, and phone calls.

Instead, I focused on activities that nourished my spirit—watching TV, reading, taking walks, cooking, and enjoying hot baths—all without interruptions.

This practice brought me immense joy.

The key is to carve out an hour or two in the evening and morning to begin and end your day with a focused and serene mindset, completely devoid of phone distractions.

I encourage you to try this for just one week and observe how you feel.
